Research in wool-canola mulch for the production of strawberries in Minnesota

This site covers the latest research in the wool-canola mulch combination as a weed control strategy in strawberries grown in Central Minnesota. Field trials are under way to compare the labor and materials costs of this new method to the traditional matted row system.

Explore the site for a detailed history of the project, images of the plots during various phases, current data, and links to useful sites. You'll also find interesting strawberry facts and important nutritional information.
